Data Subject Channel

The Data Subject Service Channel is an online platform that enables the exercise of any rights listed in the General Data Protection Law, including:

• Confirmation of data processing;
• Access to processed personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data;
• Data portability to another service or product provider;
• Deletion of personal data processed with the subject’s consent, except in cases provided for in Article 16 of the Law;
• Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;
• Information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of such refusal;
• Revocation of consent.
• To submit your request, you must register and wait for the company to provide a login and password for access.
