Our History
1965
April 5 – Foundation of ORCOSE with the acquisition of Escritório Contábil São José by José Serafim Abrantes.
1979
Start of the company’s computerization process.
1987
José Serafim Abrantes assumes the presidency of SESCON-SP and AESCON-SP (1987–1990 term).
1994
José Serafim Abrantes becomes President of CRC-SP – Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo (1994–1995 term).
1995
ORCOSE celebrates its 30th anniversary with a major event.
1996
Participates in the creation of GBrasil, a group formed by the most renowned accounting firms in Brazil.
1998
José Serafim Abrantes assumes the presidency of CFC – Federal Accounting Council (1998–1999 and 2000–2001 terms).
2000
ORCOSE moves to its own headquarters.
Júlio Linuesa Perez becomes alternate member of CRC-SP.
2002-2003
Júlio Linuesa Perez serves as full Counselor at CRC-SP, coordinating inspection and internal control chambers.
2006
ORCOSE receives PQEC certification – Continuous Quality Improvement Program, from SESCON-SP.
